Personalized NEW Zoo Giving Tree leaves make great gifts for a birthday, wedding, anniversary, employee or boss appreciation, remembering a loved one, or for the person who has everything. The purchase of a leaf will help the continuous growth of the NEW Zoo!
Large leaves are currently available for $250. Small leaves are currently sold out until the tree is expanded. Your engraved leaf will be placed on the NEW Zoo Giving Tree located near the Lion Exhibit.
PLEASE NOTE: Leaves are exposed to the elements. The NEW Zoo and the NEW Zoological Society are not responsible for the normal wear and weathering that may occur after a couple of years. If the condition of a Leaf is not to the satisfaction of the purchaser due to normal Zoo activity and weather conditions, the replacement costs are the responsibility of the purchaser (if replacement is available at that time). Leaves are installed randomly on the structure. The Leaf purchase is a donation to the NEW Zoological Society and becomes the property of the NEW Zoo. Leaves will be guaranteed for a minimum of 5 years, after which, at the discretion of the NEW Zoo and/or NEW Zoological Society, they may be removed.
There may be a 60 – 90 day delay from the time your order is received to the time it is installed. Orders are placed once per month and then take 2-4 weeks to create and ship. Once received, they must be installed on days where there is no precipitation and the temperature is above 40 degrees.
